- 25ml fresh lime juice, plus a wedge to serve
- 2 dashes of Fee Brothers old fashioned aromatic bitters
- 2 tsp Blueberry and Coconut Jam
- 100ml chilled ginger beer

Put ingredients in a Collins or Highball glass over ice sphere.

Stir gently and garnish with a wedge of lime & coconut shavings.
