Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We use Australia Post for all of our shipping requirements. They are still delivering, but are still experiencing disruptions due to Covid19 and extreme weather conditions.
Next business day guarantee is currently suspended. Express post option is encouraged if you urgently need your items.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide. Orders of $70 and above will qualify for free shipping.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 within the Northern Beaches. For orders under $30, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 11am to 2pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
