Layered oats with your choice of The Sticky Pot range

Instructions & Ingredients


2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup yoghurt (plain greek yogurt or coconut yogurt)

1 cup milk (dairy or nut milk)

2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup of your choice of The Sticky Pot sweet jams or marmalade

1 Tbsp chia seeds

Fruit layers:

1/2 cup chosen fruit

1 tbsp honey


Extra fruit chopped in half

Nuts & seeds of your choice (pistachio nuts, sunflower seeds, buckwheat oats)


Combine the liquid ingredients (yoghurt, milk, honey and jam or marmalade) into a large container with a lid. Stir to combine well followed by adding the oats, chia seeds and stir through. Place the lid on and put it in the fridge overnight.

To serve; spoon 2-3 tbsp of the oat mixture into a glass, spoon 1 ½ tbsp of strawberry jam over the top, followed by another layer of the oats and a final layer of the strawberry jam.

Garnish with extra chopped strawberries and a sprinkle of nuts and seeds of your choice.
